2. Role of Rafo-B & Financial Services Disclaimer
Rafo-B operates as a technology platform providing access to financial services offered by licensed third-party financial institutions, including Airwallex and its regulated affiliates (“Financial Partners”).
Rafo-B is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, or money services business.
Rafo-B does not:
• Hold, safeguard, or control customer funds
• Issue electronic money
• Provide regulated payment services in its own name
All regulated financial services (including account issuance, payments, FX, and card services) are provided solely by Financial Partners, subject to their licenses, regulatory obligations, and applicable terms.

3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority).
• You are not restricted or prohibited from accessing financial services.
• You successfully complete onboarding and compliance checks conducted by Rafo-B and/or its Financial Partners.
Rafo-B may refuse access at its sole discretion, where permitted by law.

4. Account Creation & Onboarding
To access certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You acknowledge that:
• Account issuance and maintenance are performed by Financial Partners.
• Rafo-B acts as an interface and facilitator only.
• Final approval or rejection of accounts is determined by the Financial Partners.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Compliance, KYC & Monitoring
You agree to undergo identity verification, compliance screening, and ongoing monitoring, including:
• KYC / KYB checks
• AML and sanctions screening
• Transaction monitoring
• Risk scoring and periodic reviews
You acknowledge that:
• Transactions may be delayed, blocked, reversed, or reported.
• Additional documentation may be requested at any time.
• Decisions may involve automated processing, as permitted by law.

6. Use of Services & Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for:
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sanctions or embargo violations
• Circumventing compliance controls
• Misrepresentation or misuse of accounts
Any violation may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

7. Payments, FX & Transactions
All payment, FX, settlement, and card-related services are executed by Financial Partners.
Rafo-B:
• Does not guarantee execution, settlement times, or availability.
• Is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by third parties.
• Does not control exchange rates, cut-off times, or clearing systems.
Transaction availability may be subject to regulatory, technical, or compliance constraints.

8. Fees
Fees may apply for certain Services, including:
• Account-related services
• Payments and FX
• Cards and third-party services
Fees are disclosed via the platform or contractual documentation.
Rafo-B may receive a portion of fees from Financial Partners.

The Services rely on third-party providers, including:
• Financial institutions
• Card networks
• Compliance and identity verification providers
• Infrastructure and cloud providers
Rafo-B is not liable for acts, omissions, outages, or failures of third parties.

Rafo-B may suspend or terminate your access:

• Upon request of a Financial Partner or regulator
• If required to mitigate risk

All intellectual property related to the Services is owned by or licensed to Rafo-B.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely as permitted under these Terms.

Rafo-B disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
